I have always wanted to try yoga for the many benefits but have always been intimidated for one reason or another. This book breaks it down and makes yoga easy to understand. The book is nicely filled with great colorful pictures that decribe each yoga pose. As a martial arts student, I found that I actually was doing a lot of the moves in this book without knowing it as part of my stretching exercises. This book gives tips how to improve the moves I was doing for maximum results. BTW, just got done trying some of these exercises and my back feels better already.
